“Yoga does not make life easier, but you become easier with life”

The transformational power of yoga inspires Mikaela every time. She has witnessed a change in her own outlook, perspective and ability to cope with challenging times, and is in awe with every student who takes steps on that journey. Yoga is not about changing oneself but rather staying present and responding to life as it unfolds instead of reacting to its impulses.

“You are the Sky and everything else is just the weather”

Being able to clear the mind from constant thoughts brings us clarity - just like on a plane when you fly above the clouds and see the bright sky that just a moment ago seemed grey. In the moments of no thought we are connected to the Universal Intelligence, the source of inspiration.
