What is this course about?

This course is a compilation of tools for self mastery. I want you to learn to feel safe in your own body and to know what to do when triggers, challenges or dysregulation show up.

The key to all of this is consistency. There is a tendency for the mind to want to overcomplicate things: it wants the solution for your problem to be more complicated than just doing these practices.

These practices will not be an overnight magic trick, but they will slowly, gradually and profoundly transform your life over time, as you keep showing up for the practices and the new way of living: of being aware and present with yourself. This is the act of self love and you deserve to be loved really really really well.

The best part: the practices are only 10-20 minutes long so you'll have 0 excuses not to do them!
