This 7-week intentional journey into your inner resource and most meaningful work is designed to awaken the spirit of your work and allow it to emerge from deep within.
It is clear the old ways are not working:
- Having a business just to have one.
- To market and sell out of integrity.
- Offering wellness services while burning yourself out.
- Outsourcing acceptance, love and validation through your business.
- Hiding from the world because as a sensitive person you're afraid of stepping onto the stage.
Your message and service are needed. Your leadership is needed. And it needs to come from a place of nourishment, deep care and loving service.
The journey consists of the intention setting and energetic foundation, four modules that each resource you in different ways to build your service, and a closing session. The themes are divided into inner and outer; first three weeks will be about inner resource followed by an integration week. Then we step into outer resource for three more weeks.
Each week, we meet on zoom for 90-120 minutes. There is a private community where you can receive support and exchange with other members. Each module has a subconscious reprogramming theme; a guided meditative practice to release old beliefs and establish new, more supportive ones.
Being deeply resourced and devoted to self leadership, your sacred work becomes more potent, more effortless and playful.
The themes we will journey through together:
First three sessions are about the inner, the latter three sessions about the outer expression of the spirit of your sacred work.
Live sessions are on Thursdays 12pm EST / 18.00 Central Europe / 19.00 Finland. Sessions are 90-120 minutes in duration.

The Spirit of your work
Receiving the Spirit of your work. Calling in your ancestors gifts, prayers and support. When we move with a clear intention and in integrity, we receive the support of the universal forces. Becoming crystal clear on your why, your mission and how you are here to serve is essential.

Week 2: 1/18
Regulate
Through regulation you deepen your connection with your body that holds all the answers you might need on your journey.
Regulation allows us to widen our capacity to encounter life; to be with the uncomfortable as well as to tolerate more good. It lays the foundation for trusting the journey, each growth edge, and takes you from survival into thriving. Through regulation also emerges self-leadership where you are able to lead yourself through challenges, build sacred structure and resource yourself with what it is that you need.
Emotional theme: fear into safety.
Subconscious reprogramming: I am safe.
Expanding your capacity to meet the difficult, to hold the "too good to be true".
Learning to use your body as your inner compass.
Solidify your practice of self leadership.
Techniques to use to regulate when growth edges appear.
Week 3: 1/25
Receiving
Giving and serving are counterbalanced with receiving, and if this balance is off, the energy cannot flow freely which stagnates the flow of your work.
Inevitably we will need to learn to receive money as we do our work in the world, and not doing the work around receiving is one of the biggest challenges for many spiritual entrepreneurs. When we open ourselves to receiving love and care, receiving money becomes easier and more aligned. Your service also exponentially increases in energy and value, when you have received well and can give from that place.
Emotional theme: guilt into pleasure.
Subconscious reprogramming: It is safe to enjoy and feel pleasure.
Clearing the energies between giving and receiving to receive with all your heart and give authentically.
Understanding the wounding pattern to clear away the blocks you have built around receiving.
An inside out approach to receiving and holding more in your body.
Integration week
Week 4: 2/8
Rise
We need sensitive and empathetic visionaries as leaders more than ever. The soft hearted, intuitive, who are still connected to magic all around. What I often see (and have experienced myself) is that the deeply feeling ones are hiding, feeling insecure and "too sensitive" to be on the stages. Building the inner safety and outer confidence to support you to bring your most meaningful work to life. Remembering why you came here and getting out of your own way to lead with your generous heart.
Emotional theme: shame into courage.
Subconscious reprogramming: It is safe to be seen.
Inner safety through nervous system: it is safe to be seen.
Your biggest why + calling in support to assist you both from the invisible and the material world.

Week 5: 2/15
Reciprocate
Once you have regulated, rested + resourced yourself, the desire and need to share, speak and serve become irresistible. We begin to ask the question "How can I be of the greatest service to the whole?"

I am Mikaela Soldan
Growing up as a sensitive child with a wild imagination, the will to speak my truth and change the world, I knew that this would be a meaningful lifetime. However, the "realities" of society quickly dampened my visionary spirit and sensitivity, since it didn't seem to be a good fit to be sensitive in this world.
For a while it seemed like maybe the world didn't need changing. Good things were happening and I trusted others' leadership to take us toward the vision I had for us.
Then began the turmoil. A lot of dysfunction began to surface on the levels of governments, media, conglomerates and the list goes on. I could not not see it. And it made me wonder, what can I do? What is humanity's deeper purpose to be here? How does my vision relate to all of this?
What is clear to me is that the old way of leadership does not work. We would have solved conflicts if being at war brought peace. We would have everyone enjoying abundance if capitalism worked. We would have a thriving planet if our current way of relating to nature worked. We would have less mental illness, bodily dis-ease, relationship issues if the way we live worked. What is considered normal is not sustainable for human beings or for the planet herself.
What I see as the change, is to bring the feminine back to leadership. I don't mean female leaders (even though that might also happen), but the principles of the feminine to be cherished: being, resting, feeling, intuiting, receiving, allowing, listening, creating, cycles of death and rebirth...
Being in service based business for ten years I have discovered the only meaningful way for me to do business is staying true to myself, to relate to my business as personal growth journey, to deeply live the truth that Creation truly recognizes the work that is done with love, integrity and service at its core and will always support that.
I want to gather other leaders, servers, teachers, way showers, heartful beings to make the vision bigger, to support one another into our most courageous expressions so that we can step up as the leaders that are so desperately needed.
